The latest advances of the railway industry, in BCN Rail
The sector's largest event exhibition in Spain
From the 30th of November to the 3rd of December, in pavilion 1 at the Gran Via exhibition centre, BcnRail will be exhibiting the latest technological advances of the railway industry and will analyse the present and future of the railways with the presence of national and international experts.
With a 25% increase over the first edition held in 2007, 140 exhibitors will be participating in the show, which has the collaboration of national and autonomous administrations.
Leading companies, such as Alstom, Bombardier, CAF, Patentes TALGO, Siemens and Bolso will be presenting their latest developments, as well as engineering, building, infrastructure and telecommunications companies and SMEs, among others.
In addition to the commercial exhibition, BcnRail will host side events to debate the sector's current situation and the major railway projects of the future, such as the 23rd General Assembly of the Asociación Latinoamericana de Metros y Subterráneos (ALAMYS), which will bring together over 300 delegates representing the leading operators of Spain, Portugal and Latin America. The topics will include Barcelona metro's new Line 9 and the development of the high speed network in Spain.
